Your initial session lasts approximately two to two and a half hours, allowing enough time for a thorough and personalized approach to your care. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can feel relaxed throughout the session. Once your appointment is scheduled, all necessary paperwork will be sent to you by email for you to complete in advance.
