What is a BodyTalk treatment like? The treatments vary from person to person. Usually a wide variety of physical, emotional and mental aspects of the person are addressed. BodyTalk is a priority based system, so whatever comes up is what the body / mind complex can handle and balance out.

Is there anything I should do before a BodyTalk session? Just make sure that you have had something to eat and drink a couple of hours before the session. Also where loose fitting, comfortable clothing made of natural fibers if possible.

What do I have to do during a session? All the patient reall needs to do is deep breath as the priorities arise. For instance the liver made need to be linked / balanced out to the stomach. In which case the patient contacts one organ while the practitioner contacts the other organ. Then the patient will breathe deeper than normal while the practitioner lightly taps the top of their head and their thymus (sternum). This enables the healing process to occur..

Is there anything I should do after a sesssion? Under most cases, rest is suggested, but will depend on the course of treatment and your general condition.

Can anyone receive a BodyTalk treatment? Absolutely, any one, any age, from babies to senior citizens. There are no harmful side effects.

What conditions are commonly addressed with BodyTalk?
